The anti-social sausage thrower. Aged 12.

A 12-year-old boy was charged with assault and taken before the courts - for throwing a cocktail sausage.

The boy was accused of throwing the pork snack at a 74-year-old man in Woodhouse Park, south Manchester.

"Greater Manchester Police takes all incidents of anti-social behaviour very seriously and they are investigated thoroughly."

Good to see the police are hitting their targets and the Crown Porsecution Service isn't wasting our money... Let's hope this serious incident isn't met same level (or lack) of common sense that was dealt to Colin Reed (puts things in perspective) in the courts. How on earth has it made it this far, though?
