Tim Worstall picked up Dave's ignorant currying of favour with the music industry. Hoping for some "Cool Britannia" credit at the next election? Or just dumb?

Snafu at Not Proud of Britain spotted Dave promising to tackle poverty and deprivation by further socializing our voluntary bodies and charities. Hasn't it occurred to him that they are effective precisely because they are not primarily dependent on government for their funding?
